These work! My sleep is so good. It improves my sleep on good and bad (drinking) nights!
No doubt that these work! At 125 pounds and ultra sensitive to herbs and supplements, chewing 1 at bedtime works well for me. The taste is really nice, sweet but not overly sweet, I chew one about 30 minutes before lights out and sleep well through the night. I don’t need to take one often but when I do I’m ultra pleased with how well and quickly they work for me.
I was able to first try them after my 30 hour flight after a long vacation. They really helped me feel rested and reset without any jet lag! They also have a great taste, very light and fruity, nothing overbearing.

I took 2 gummies prior to bed last night. Compared to the traditional melatonin gummies I felt that these were just as good, but with less side effects. I didn't experience vivid dreams like I've had with melatonin and I also had more energy in the morning whereas melatonin can slow me down the next day.
I took 10 and had the best 10.5 hour sleep ever and next day super productive with work and working out. Definitely will be taking less next time
They work better than Melatonin without side effects. Bag suggest 2 but my sweet spot is 3 gummies. I've been taking melatonin for years and finally switched to these all natural plant based gummies.
